Today, we continue our series in the prophetic book of Micah. Written to call God’s people back to a right relationship with him, Micah’s prophecies both warn about the consequences of sin, and put forward the hope of restoration by grace. Today, in Micah 2, we’ll see unfolding indictment against Israel for their sin and catch the first glimmer of hope in the book. As a result, we must repent of delusional covetousness that makes us enemies of God.
