2026 ACME West Conference

It’s easy to treat the local church as one good option among many for growing as a Christian – as something that’s helpful, but not essential. Yet Scripture tells us otherwise. The local church is God’s Plan A for making disciples and reaching the nations, for Jesus.

Therefore, we invite you to recapture the wonder of the local church at our upcoming ACME West Conference, November 13-14. During our time together, we’ll work through the eight ACME Affirmations, which helpfully summarize the New Testament’s teaching about what the local church is and is to be about.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is ACME?
ACME is a fellowship of like-minded churches, not a denomination. It exists to unite and mobilize churches that share a common vision for the gospel — making it easier to build fellowship and fund kingdom work together. They work to support pastors, church planters and missionaries, training pipelines, properties, and other gospel-centered projects around the world.

What are the ACME Affirmations?
ACME member churches focus on and rally around eight affirmations. Read the ACME Affirmations here.

Do I need to be part of ACME or in full alignment with all the affirmations to attend?
No! Anyone who loves the local church is welcome to attend. For church leaders who are interested in learning more about ACME and the membership process, we invite you to attend the optional ACME interest lunch.

Who is this conference for?
This conference is for Christians who want to grow in their understanding of and love for the local church and its role in our spiritual growth. It’s for church members, ministry leaders, pastors, and anyone who is curious about what the Bible teaches about the local church.

Will childcare be provided?
Childcare will not be provided. A Youth rate for 6th-12th grade students is available at registration. Additionally, a Nursing Mothers Room will be available with a livestream of the conference sessions.

What does registration include?
Registration fees will cover attendance for Friday and Saturday, books, and snacks and beverages throughout the conference. Saturday lunch is not provided.

What should I do for Saturday’s lunch?
We’re planning for a 90-minute lunch break on Saturday, so participants have time to enjoy a local restaurant (we’ll provide some nearby recommendations). There is an optional on-site lunch for those who are interested in learning more about how to join ACME. Participants are also welcome to bring their own lunch onsite if desired.

What is the purpose of the optional ACME interest lunch?
Curious about what it looks like for your church to partner with ACME? Join us for lunch. We’ll explain what church partnership is, how a church joins, and how ACME works day-to-day. You’ll also have time to ask questions and talk with ACME leaders. Whether your church is just starting to look into this or is ready to take the next step, come eat with us and learn more.

I’m traveling to attend the conference. Do you have hotel room blocks?
There are no room blocks for this conference. Those traveling to attend can book accommodations directly with a nearby hotel or Airbnb. There are several hotels within walking distance of the DCC building, including Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hyatt Place Seattle/Downtown, The Maxwell Hotel, and The Edgewater Hotel.

How can I submit a question for the Q&A sessions?
All registered attendees will be invited to provide questions for the Q&A prior to the conference beginning, as well as throughout the conference.

Can I attend the DCC gathering on Sunday, November 15?
Yes! We’d be happy to host conference attendees at our Sunday gathering. We meet at 10 am at the DCC building.
